Come along to a rehearsal!
Rehearsals are on Wednesdays at Chipping Norton Town Hall from 4.45 to 6.15 pm.
If you know you can’t get there on time, we understand and still want to see you.
Your first two rehearsals with the Cotswold Youth Choir will be free, so you can try us out without commitment.
Registration form for parents/guardians to submit
Please fill in the registration form below before your child comes to their first rehearsal or as soon as possible after that. We will ask for the following information:
- Your contact details and those of anyone who may collect your child at the end of rehearsals.
- The name and age of your child together with a few optional questions about where they go to school and their musical education.
- Safeguarding questions relating to photographs and administration of medicines.
Safeguarding your child is core to our mission (find out more about our Safeguarding Policy).
Fees
We charge a small fee to help with the cost of the choir, but we do not want any child to miss out because their parents cannot afford to pay. Please talk to us in confidence if you are concerned about the cost.
How to find us
The Town Hall (The Guildhall) is right in the middle of Chipping Norton – it is difficult to miss.
Parking in the centre of Chippy can be difficult but you can generally park in the New Street car park and walk up the hill.
Please arrive in plenty of time so that we can make sure everyone is booked in ready to sing, but if you know you cannot get to us on time – we still want you to come.
